Do you ship to my city and location?

Yes we ship to most tier 1 and tier 2 cities in India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 10 days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Subject to holidays and other situations like lockdowns, bandh and natural calamities. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you.

All the products are transported and delivered using Stanley Personal or its partner delivery network.

While we try to ensure that the Product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not got in touch with you.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is free for all Stanley Personal products.

How do I track my order?

The best way to check your order status is to sign-up at stanleypersonal.com and go to your order page: https://www.stanelypersonal.com/myorders. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order, you can reach out to us at our customer care number or email us at info@stanleypersonal.com.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We have specialised quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call customer care or write to us at info@stanleypersonal.com and if it’s a genuine case we will offer you a free replacement.

What if the product does not fit me?

In case there is a fitment issue, we will be happy to replace the product free of cost – please reach out to us on our customer care number or write to us at info@stanleypersonal.com so we can better understand the issue and offer you a replacement.

Is it possible to cancel the order?

Cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of placing the order because most of our products are made to order, cancellation is not permitted once the order is processed.
